  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?

    TOC CLOUD may approve a thirty (30) day money-back refund at their discretion, after a review of Services utilised, which would apply only to the initial charge of your first Subscription with TOC CLOUD. This does not apply to re-established subscriptions, changes in subscriptions or creations of subsequent subscriptions. Your account will then revert to a free account and be subject to the restrictions of a free account. Which means: First time users may request a refund of their first month Subscription fee and be converted to a free account user, if they have not used the service or downloaded any files.

  • Will my files be removed?

    Free/non accounts files are kept for unlimited days. Premium accounts files are kept for unlimited days.

  • How many files can I upload?

    You can upload as many files as you want, as long as each one adheres to the Terms of Service and the maximum file upload size.

  • Which files types am I allowed to upload?

    You may upload the following types of files: Any.

  • Are there any restrictions to the size of my uploaded files?

    Each file you upload must be less than 5 GB in size for free/non accounts or less than 1 GB in size for premium accounts. If it is greater than that amount, your file will be rejected.

  • Can I upload music or videos?

    Yes. Music and video hosting is permitted as long as you own the copyright on the content and it adheres to the terms and conditions.

  • There are some files on our servers which may have been subject to copyright protection, how can I notify you of them?

    Via our report abuse pages.
